Action / Indication

1. Releases wind-cold and dampness from the exterior: used to treat body aches, heavy limbs, occipital headache, sleepiness, heavy head, and lack of desire to move.
2. Dispels wind-damp-cold and alleviates pain: used to treat arthritis, muscle and joint pain, especially in the upper body, occipital headache, and neck and shoulder aches.
3. Guides qi to the Taiyang and Du channels: acts as an envoy to these channels.

Contraindication
