Place herbal tea bag in 2-3 gallons of water. Bring water to boil and simmer over a low flame for 30 minutes. Steam affected area while the liquid cools. Then soak for 10-15 minutes once or twice daily. Reuse for 4 days by saving the herbal soak and reheating to the appropriate temperature (without simmering). For best results, add 1 quart of Alcohol (Vodka or Rice wine) after simmering. External use only.
